The 2017 Fort Wayne Hamfest & Computer Expo will be held on November 18th and 19th at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum and Exposition Center, located at 4000 Parnell Avenue in Fort Wayne (at the corner of Parnell and Coliseum Blvd).

This past year the Fort Wayne Hamfest enjoyed many fine forums and exhibits, along with a flea market of over 500 tables, which included the following manufacturers: Alpha Antennas, Ameritron, Bridge Com Sytems, MFJ, HyGain, Mirage, Vectronics, and Wolf River Coils. We had both new and used dealers for radio equipment, computers, electronics and general computer and electronic supplies. Attendance was approximately 2000.

The 2017 Fort Wayne Hamfest & Computer Expo will be open to the public from 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday November 18th, and from 9 AM to 2 PM on Sunday, November 19th. Admission is only $6.00 per person (good for both days), or $3.00 for just Sunday, and there is plenty of parking in a large, paved parking lot, but please note that the Coliseum charges a $6.00 parking fee. Children 11 and under are free with an adult.

They will once again be offering VE testing and will have several forums on Saturday, on many subjects relating to amateur radio and electronics. They will also be welcoming several representatives from the American Radio Relay League.
